30-day refund guarantee

We offer a full refund on any licence purchase made within the previous 30 days. You do not need to give a reason. Simply contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will process your refund promptly.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to purchase
2. Include your order number or transaction ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)
3. We will confirm your refund within one business day

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank, but typically takes 3–5 business days.

What is not refundable

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• The PST Viewer, which is free and does not require a licence purchase
